I was lucky enough to get onto an 'Executive Presence' workshop held at work for women in senior management. It was about how to be aware of and work with power and politics in organisations. An excellent course, run by Tricia Cusden.
The course came at a great time, as I am just starting my new job as a Consultant and some of the roles that are coming are abit daunting. So the course was a good for some 'confidence in a bottle'.
